About the event
Medicine Lodge Rodeo 2026 brought two days of WRA-sanctioned action to Medicine Lodge, Alberta: saddle bronc, bareback, bull riding, barrel racing, roping and steer wrestling, in front of a crowd that showed up both days.
I filmed the weekend on the Sony FX3. I also made a custom song for the committee with AI music tools, which I used in another video for them and which they play over the PA at the rodeo. The committee reviewed a private preview before the final film was delivered with its licence, and they use it on their Facebook page to promote the rodeo.
“Hiring you has been the best decision we have made for the Medicine Lodge Rodeo. Thank you so much for helping promote our rodeo. My Mom would have been proud to know you.”
