01Licence

Standard is the base price: you can use everything on all your channels, with a credit to Belina Hooper Media. Exclusive means no credit and the work never appears in my portfolio.

02Coverage

09Booking agreement

Read the terms, then sign by typing your full name. No separate contract is needed.

BOOKING TERMS · OCTOBER 2026

The agreement. These terms apply to the order you send through this page. Your booking is confirmed when Belina Hooper Media emails you a confirmed quote. The items and prices in that quote are part of this agreement.

Retainer and payment. A 30% retainer holds your date. The balance is due on delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST if applicable. Travel is billed as listed in the quote.

Cancellation and weather. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the retainer is non-refundable. If weather postpones the event, the shoot is rescheduled once at no charge.

Delivery and revisions. The highlight film is ready to post within 48 hours of the event's last day, and other deliverables follow within 7 business days, unless the quote says otherwise. Two revision rounds are included; further editing is $100 per hour.

Licence. Standard License: you may use the delivered work on all your platforms and in all your promotion, with no end date, with a credit to Belina Hooper Media. Belina Hooper Media keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio. Exclusive Ownership: ownership of the footage and finished edit passes to you, no credit is required, and the work is not shown in the portfolio. Music and sound effects are licensed for the life of the video, not transferred. Sponsors or businesses using the work in their own advertising need a separate commercial licence. Every licence begins once the order is paid in full.

Raw footage. Raw footage is not sold or provided.

Access and filming. You will arrange the access needed to film the event and tell Belina Hooper Media about any restrictions, such as filming areas, drone rules, or people who do not want to be filmed. Drone footage is only filmed where airspace and site rules allow.

If I can't attend. If illness, an emergency or circumstances beyond my control prevent me from filming, I will tell you as soon as possible and refund every payment you have made for the missed coverage. That refund is the limit of Belina Hooper Media's liability.

Electronic signature. You agree to sign this agreement electronically. Typing your full name and checking the boxes below has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You confirm you are authorized to sign for the organization named in the order. A copy of your signed order is shown when you submit it, and a confirmed quote follows by email.
